Refund Policy

At Cordova Financial we are committed to helping clients improve their credit profile. While we work diligently, by law we cannot promise specific outcomes, score increases, or timing. A refund of up to 100% of total fees may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • Cordova Financial did NOT inform the Client in writing that credit repair efforts can sometimes initially cause scores to decrease.
  • Client remained current on all payments with no returned (NSF) payments and completed all payments per the agreement.
  • Client remained current on all payments owed to Cordova Financial LLC and satisfied the full payment schedule.
  • Client followed all guidance provided in the credit improvement plan. (Excessive time spent in ad hoc communication reduces allocated service time and may impact results).
  • On all existing and any newly obtained credit lines (recommended or otherwise), Client made at least the minimum payment on time as advised.
  • Client was never late and always paid at least the minimum amount due on all existing or newly acquired trade lines during the agreement term.
  • Client consistently followed at least one of the recommended score‑building strategies documented in the plan.

To request a refund, the Client must submit a written request. Cordova Financial will review compliance with this Refund Policy (allow 7–10 business days after receipt). Final refund determinations are at the sole discretion of Cordova Financial and are final.
